SunTrust – Richmond, VA
The ADA Assistance Center provides effective and resourceful technical assistance throughout SunTrust’s Mid-Atlantic footprint, providing regionalized information that has been invaluable in connecting our branch offices with localized information and resources.
Your focus on technical assistance, rather than research, truly provides an exceptional resource to employers, ensuring increased inclusion of people with disabilities in the workforce.
As president of the US Business Leadership Network, a national employer organization that promotes the disability business case, I can assure you that businesses value the DBTAC resource.
As we look to the future of the ADA’s employment and public accommodation provisions, we will have an increasing need to have good, responsive, LOCALIZED technical assistance and training... The ADA Assistance Center provides chapters with timely, informative and critical information that allows us to include people with disabilities in our business plan as both customers and employees. We cannot imagine being as effective without them as our partners.

… I have found the services of Pacific ADA & IT Center invaluable over the years in many ways. ….I always recommend using the Pacific ADA & IT Center. … I was pleased to be able to hand out the 1-800-949-4232 toll free number and technical assistance literature. I enthusiastically suggested everyone keep it handy as a continuing reliable and accurate source for ADA assistance.

Since the New England ADA & Accessible IT Center first opened, I have been using them as a resource to better understand the requirements of the ADA. The center is a tremendous resource, and I heartily recommend it for architects, owners, and persons with disabilities. The staff are very well informed, and helpful.

Vail Associates, Inc. – Vail, CO
Our ADA Best Practices group has met monthly and is currently focused on ensuring that our public facilities located at Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone and Breckenridge Resorts meet ADA and USFS guidelines for accessibility. The Rocky Mountain Disability & Business Technical Assistance Center has been instrumental in this group’s success from its inception. Their knowledge of the subject matter and their regional experience make it very easy for us to get quick answers and insight to our questions, concerns and needs. Without their continued support, our goals would be much more difficult to achieve.
